This is where we would like to offer a Discount MLS Service.   This is a new and growing movement across the country and we are offering you the opportunity to join us.   We are recruiting for a maverick real estate agent or a team of maverick agents.   This is how our concept could work...

  • A maximum commission of 3.5% subject to the following:                                 •   3.5% to Seller's Agent when Seller's Agent introduces the Buyer               •   1% to Seller's Agent when Seller introduces the Buyer                               •   If two agents:   1% to Seller's Agent and 2.5% to Buyer's Agent
  • As the Seller's Agent your responsibility will be to list the property in MLS and handle all paperwork with the transaction.
  • The Seller's Agent will not be expected to advertise the property or have open houses.
  • SweetHomeMontana.com will discuss the Discount MLS Option with the Sellers at time of listing.
  • SweetHomeMontana.com will have a Discount MLS Icon on our home page.
  • There is a small referral fee to SweetHomeMontana.com.
